With only THREE rounds left, you’re going to have to be quick if you want to claim your place on the FIFA 12 Scarf alongside the likes of Rooney and Kaka and stake and go down in history with EASPORTS’ world record breaking attempt.
For your chance to get on the scarf, you’ll need to follow EASPORTSFIFA on Twitter or Facebook. They’ll send out alerts to their followers when each round kicks off.
UltimateFIFA’s giving away 2 Scarf places
Thanks to EASPORTS, we’ve got two exclusive places on the scarf to give away and after much deliberation we’ve decided to reward them to our loyal subscribers who contribute so much to the success of UltimateFIFA.com.
To win one of the two 1 metre places on the scarf you must be subscribed to UltimateFIFA.com (if you’re not already you can use the box over on the right) or following us on Twitter.
Next either send us an e-mail, or tweet us with your message which must:
- Be less than 140 characters long
- Include the colour you want your piece of the scarf to be
- Include your club
UltimateFIFA will choose the two winning entries at random and our decision is final. Entries must be in by 5pm (UK time) on Sunday 13th November.
If your looking for inspiration here’s what some of our heroes had to say:
@WayneRooney:
“Playing to win in the Theatre of Dreams #MANUTD reigns supreme”
@KAKA
“Our Club, Our Passion. Hala #Madrid!”
What have EA got to beat?
The current record they need to break is held by the Ty Hafan Scarf. At 33.74 miles long it was hand knitted by over 2,000 people in Wales to raise money for Ty Hahan Children’s Hospice. To put it another way, at 1 metre a pop, EA are going to need 54,300 of us to help beat this record.
You get a better indication of the scale of the job when you see the Ty Hafan Scarf laid out at the Millennium Stadium below.
GOOD LUCK!
