Adam Winster takes the title of FIWC UK Champion and books his seat in the FIFA Interactive World Cup 2011 Grand Final!
Adam beat Rob Brewster 3 – 1 in a thrilling, all Team Dignitas final in Liverpool. Adam went 1 – 0 down early on but managed to grab an equaliser. It took until the 85th minute of the match for Adam to take the lead and with Rob pressing forward for the equalizer Adam killed the tie off with a penalty right at the death.
Adam will now go on to the FIFA Interactive World Cup 2011 Grand Final which this year is being held in Los Angeles. Rob Brewster will join him in L.A. having already qualified.
Along with being crowned FIWC11 champion the FIWC11 Grand Final winner will receive USD 20,000 and a host of prizes from EA SPORTS and PlayStation. On top of all this, the FIWC11 champion will also be sent on an unforgettable trip to the prestigious FIFA World Player Gala 2011.
At the FIFA World Player Gala 2011, the FIWC11 champion will receive the trophy in the company of the greatest football players in the world.
