Real Madrid attacking midfielder, Kaka makes his debut on the cover of an EA Sports FIFA game. The Brazilian will star on the cover along side Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney.

To celebrate its new signing, EA SPORTS has released a teaser video.

Kaka is considered to be one of the world’s greatest players and will front EA SPORTS’ marketing campaign for the upcoming FIFA 11 release. The skilful midfield maestro is a perfect match for the world’s greatest football franchise.

The Brazilian’s squeaky clean image might shine through in Personality+, a new feature in FIFA 11 which attempts to captures players’ real life individuality and inject it into the sports title. What this means in it’s simplest terms is that AI players like Beckham are much more likely to cross the ball whereas players like Shaun Wright-Phillips will get his head down and run at players. Not only that but the AI is aware of situations for example players are more likely to cross when tall players like Peter Crouch are in the box and work it along the ground if shorter players are available.

Strong players like Rooney will be able to hold the ball up more, and accelerate with explosive power, Lampard with be able to blast shots from range and Iniesta and Xavi will be able to turn with tighter circles and play intricate  close range, first touch passes.

EA have had a network of 1,700 talent scouts analysing players’ skill sets to come up with the 36 attributes and 57 individual traits that make up each player’s ability and personality.

Celebrations haven’t been overlooked either. Players like Tim Cahill will punch the corner flag and Robbie Keane will perform his slightly camp roll over (I’m not sure that is a good thing…)
