One of the most eagerly awaited in form teams, the Barclays Premiership Team of The Season, has landed in FUT packs today. The team includes the best players in the Premiership this season chosen by members of the EA Sports community.
The line up, unsurprisingly very similar to the PFA’s own team of the year with a couple of exceptions, includes some of the best known footballers in the league and is bursting with of pace, ability and power.
Just a week after Joey Barton’s brother sold his personal Ultimate Team card for a record breaking amount, another professional player’s personal card has made it onto the market. This time Gareth Bale’s 95 rated personal card was listed for sale in the very early hours of this morning.
When the FUT market crashes (even more) and the the hoarders finally break into their stock piles of coins and FIFA points you know it’s time for Team of The Season.
This year in FIFA 13 the schedule’s similar to last year with each TOTS remaining in packs for 1 week at a time before making way for the next one. There’ll be 8 in total and we’ll bring you them all.

Good news for hardcore Ultimate Team fans. EA Sports have released a new set of Ultimate Team Youth Players into the FUT marketplace.
The youth players released reside in several leagues but the majority of them ply their trade in the Barclays Premiership.
Notable players include Andre Wisdom, Liverpool’s promising young right back who broke into the first team this year and Milan’s striker M’Baye Niang who’s been touted as the next Balotelli regarding his exploits in his personal life.

It’s the FIFA World XI that we’re all really interested though as each of the players chosen will receive their highest rated in form Ultimate Team card to date and not only be a beast on the pitch but also worth a fortune in the transfer market!
Over the Christmas period, until the 2nd January 2013, you’ll be presented with a new “Happy Hour” like Christmas offer in FIFA 13 Ultimate Team.
These offers will last for 24 hours and will be refreshed daily at midnight (UK time).
The offers will be similar to the ones offered at FUT Happy Hour and will include things like All Player Silver Packs, Jumbo Gold Packs and Premium Gold 13 Packs.

When I first got my hands on the FIFA 13 guide I was told that it would be updated throughout the year. It makes sense, the game was relatively new when the first edition of the guide was released and gameplay online evolves all the time and new techniques (and I hate to say it, glitches) appear all the time.
